If you really want to get your twee on (wait, no, keep reading!), Slumberland Records has fantastic podcasts, curated by a bunch of different folks:

Radio Lab is the best, but you already have that.

For short stories, I subscribe to: Escape Pod (sci-fi), CastlePod (fantasy), and Pseudopod (horror).

I like the "All in the Mind" podcast from http://www.abc.net.au/rn/science/mind/ , made all the better by its delivery in charming Australian accents.

Also, http://www.thelancet.com/audio/laneur is a very accessible brain-science podcast.

I’m a podcast junkie at work, (when I’m not listening to audio books,) these are what I listen to, by category, but not in order of preference:

Cultural:
(Ahem) The Flight and the Fall http://hoodturkey.com/the-flight-and-the-fall/ (oooh! Plug!)
Art Talk AM (interviews with PSU Monday Night Lecture Series lecturers)
New Yorker: Fiction
Fresh Air
Phonography: Writing In Sound (my buddy in NY’s podcast, he used to intern for Radio Lab)

Spiritual:
Audio Dharma (awesome! But I’m biased/Buddhisty)

Comedy:
Savage Love Podcast (if it makes me laugh, it’s comedy)
You Look Nice Today
The Bugle
Jonothan Ross
Jordan Jessie Go! (I am the Swan! C is the Duck!)

News:
On the Media
This Week in Tech
President Obama’s Weekly Radio Address
