Wha? Never seen them. Can you just buy them at the store?
Also, do they taste like garlic?
Oh good questions. Yes, they are at the store, New Seasons has piles of them, but they’re the flower that comes before the garlic bulb is ready, so I think they’re a Spring time only thing.
They taste like light garlic crossed with snap peas, and maybe a little asparagus too, though that’s mostly the shape and crunch I think.
