Yes, they are at the store, New Seasons has piles of them, but they're the flower that comes before the garlic bulb is ready, so I think they're a Spring time only thing. They taste like light garlic crossed with snap peas, and maybe a little asparagus too, though that's mostly the shape and crunch I think. Oh good questions.
