I love, love, love Tim Burton, but this looks a little too heavy on the shiny computer graphics, not as comic book-y as I expected. Look at Depp’s eyes in that last photo, for example, it just looks too weird. There’s no reason to digitally screw with a face like Depp’s, know what I’m sayin’? Rrrawww. The video will probably be pulled off the hosting site soon, Disney had it removed from everywhere else I saw, but it’s out officially tomorrow. The movie will come out March 5th, 2010.

Video after the jump, too big for my homepage.
If a camel is a horse designed by a committee then Alice in Wonderland is a Tim Burton film designed by Disney fatcats in a boardroom. They spent so much time worrying about selling it as a product that they completely forgot about putting together a half-decent story. This Alice has no character arc; she is exactly the same by the end of the film, and therefore her journey is utterly pointless. The narrative thrust is so weak that they have to resort to a hollow battle scene in order to keep everyone awake.
i just watched the movie, and i loved it. i especially loved the cheshire cat.. yes, he’s a little freaky, but i loved him. i loved the whole film.
Tim Burton has a unique style when making his movie. I love Nightmare Before Christmas and Edward Scissorhands..*,
Tim Burton is an eccentric director in my opinion but he has his own unique style:;;
tim burton is just like rober rodriquez, they have those weirdness in their movies*,’
