Contently Makes Portfolios, Connects Writers to Brands

Tuesday, November 8th, 2011

Via a live broadcast of the Hearst Panel on New Media at Columbia Journalism School station, I learned of a J-school alum’s project Contently (@Contently). It’s a platform that connects freelancers (who often lack nice portfolios, which is silly because WordPress is so easy) with brands looking for writers. Sign up as a content creator, or sign up as a brand. Both require acceptance, so it’s not a party where everyone is invited. Looks interesting. Will you use it?
